Long black for breakfast. Cappuccino at lunch. Espresso martini for dinner. No excuse needed to make the 'Third Coffee of the Day' an alcoholic one. Starting with vodka, add a touch of white chocolate to sweeten the deal and finished with that bitter coffee hit to perk you up for the evening ahead.

Exactly as the name suggests, this cocktail is simply a regular gin & tonic...but in martini style. Using just gin, Thomas Henry Tonic Syrup and a zesty twist of lemon, the boring gin & tonic is transformed into a classic and sophisticated martini.
